How do I know the items are authentic?
Every item sold at Arkollab undergoes a rigorous authentication process by our team of experts. We also use advanced technology and collaborate with third-party authenticators like Entruply, Check Check, etc. to guarantee authenticity of every product listed on our platform.
What are your hours and store locations?
While you can buy and sell from anywhere in the world, we do have 2 locations. Our store hours are the same for both locations: 12pm - 6pm everyday.

Can I return an item I purchased?
Unfortunately we do not accept any returns at this time. Please ask all questions prior to purchasing.
What is a pre-assessment?
The pre-assessment form serves as a way for you to submit the item(s) you are interested in selling before walking into one of our stores. You can list details and price expectations and someone from our team will inspect the item(s) and get back to you.
Do I need an appointment to sell?
No, you do not! You can sell with us in various different ways: online by using our pre-assessment form, in-person by walking into one of our locations, or via Instagram DMs.
